Chinese PIckle Mustard and Spare Ribs soup (sop bakut)

I have been craving this soup for a while... So I decided to make it today.

It's super simple and easy...

Ingredients:
 1 pkg ofChinese Pickle mustard
2 slaps of spare ribs
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
a littble bit of fish sauce/salty soy sauce.

Here is what pickle mustard look like. You can get it at a Chinese grocery store or online.

 Direction:
1. Wash and rinse the pickle mustard until water is clear. (otherwise your soup will be very sour!)
2. Diced them into small pieces like this:

3. Prepare spare ribs.  I like the spare ribs with just a little bit of meat on the bone.

4. So I cut the spare ribs, and save the extra meat for other things.
5. Cut the spare ribs between the bones.

6. Boil a pot of water, and put the pork in.  Wait until it tender then put the pickle mustard in
7. Add a little bit of sugar, salt, pepper and fish sauce or salty soy sauce.  Sprinkle a little bit of fried garlic....

8. Ready to eat warm.... YUMMY!!!
