My girlfriend came from NYC and brought some fresh frog legs for me. I can't get these big legs here in "sweetopia" so it was truly a feast!
Recipe:
1. already clean and ready to cook frog legs.
2. marinate them with salt and pepper
3. prepare batter : flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder (measurement as you like) :-)
4. crack eggs and beat
5. dip frog legs into the egg and then flour (double dip for extra crunchy legs)
6. Deep fry them :-)
7. Ready to eat!
