DC part 4 ( CULINARY adventure)

FLO favorite vacation always includes FRIEND, FAMILY, FUN and FOOD!!!!!
My dear cousin and his lovely wife took us to this super cool yoghurt place.
Where you can get your own yoghurt!

LOOK at these toppings!!!

They have CREPES too and this crepe was MINE
It was strawberry, banana, NUTELLA and mini mochi crepe!
OUT of this WORLD!!! DELICIOUS!!

Here is my cousin and his cute and lovely wife!
GOOD TIME with family!
I have been trying to get them to visit.. But seriously, the food they fed us in DC
will be very hard to match in Cbus.

The next day, we took our cousin Mo to SUSHI buffet!!!
My kiddos LOVE LOVE uncle mo mo...

I have watched Mo grew up from a quiet funny boy into
such an AMAZING (understatement) young man.
So very proud of him and loves him much!
He got scholarship to Taiwan for 2 months...
You can read his blog listed on the left side bar,
"The road less traveled"

Of course... family dimsum was a treat!

Here is the table of the "family elder" The grandma and grandpa on the left came all the way from Holland (Netherland) for the wedding.

Then the BESTTTTTTTTTT Dinner ever!
My cousin and his wife took us to this Kebab restaurant!

The left was lamb, the right was chicken.
It was so delicious!
It smell like "home" as well as it was authentic cooked by fire...
That chickpea in the bowl as well as the rice was great as well!

This is chicken dish that is so richly delicious!

Then they took us to a very cool vietnamese town. I forgot to take a picture of the place but found a blog ,"two DC" which is a very cool blog about DC. They posted about this awesome place! We went and get bubble tea for each one of us... Check out this blog ," Vietnamese town "

What an awesome way to end a day.... Wedding day is coming tomorrow!! :-)

DC part 3 (Wedding Rehearsal)

The second day of our trip in DC, we went to the wedding rehearsal.

In case you missed our Day 1 adventure, here is our adventure at the Natural Science Museum and when we went to family barbeque.

Here is mei mei and little brother getting ready to practice their walk.

Walking down... with her little bear blankie...
Sadly we lost the little bear somewhere in DC the next day.

Upss... the little flower girl was picking her nose!

Big brother is getting ready!

Here comes the ring bearer and another flower girl

Second round... She pretended that it was her flower basket...

Instead of throwing flower out of the little bucket...
She picked flowers and put them in!

On the car ride with Uncle Mo2....
Poor uncle Mo2 had to endure an hour car ride listening to veggies tales.
Such a good uncle that he is, he sang along with the kids on some of the songs..

Sweet auntie and the new uncle...
The very happy couple at the rehearsal dinner.

The new uncle LOVES kids too!!! He fits right in! :-)

Just us.
It is so hard to get the youngest two to look at the camera!
So here is the best family picture we can steal for the night!

Our culinary adventure in DC and the actual wedding pictures are coming soon!  So stay tuned!

DC part 2 (Barbeque with family )

The first full day in DC we went to the Natural Science museum and explore the wonderful world of science. Check out all the kiddos when they pretended to be scientists here in this post.

Then we went to a family barbeque at the park.

The cutest little sailor in the world!

Friends and family!

Here with koko Sammy.....

Indonesian Chicken Satay on the grill!
My little cousin (well, he is a young man now) did a great job!
It was delicious!
